20 Minute Morning Yoga Sequence

Exercise is an important part of any diet aimed at contributing to a healthy lifestyle.  I’ve decided to start sharing my yoga practice, along with my recipes since both are equally important to me for living a happy and healthy life.  I sped this sequence up using a video editor.  So if you’d like me to post the regular paced version, in order to try and practice along with me, let me know in the comments section below.
